“On the Couch” offers audiences an intimate dive into the life, creative process and psyche of some of Australia’s most compelling artists, writers and thinkers.

Far from a traditional “in conversation” format, the show explores the emotional and psychological realities of creative life, from self-doubt and ambition to success, failure, ego and identity. 

Each edition of “On the Couch” is unique, with a new line-up of guests appearing for every show. The shows are intentionally not recorded. Audiences get to experience the intimacy and connection that can only happen in the room.

Known for its warmth, candour and vulnerability, “On the Couch” has built a loyal following among audiences seeking something more meaningful than a standard panel discussion or artist interview.
